General 2 Comments »Well, I fell off of that baby hard. Junk, junk,junk is all I have been eating the past couple of days. Notice how I also havent been posting as well. A lot has been going on. I have been working, I have been upset, and I have been sleep deprived. No, not making excuses, just saying that these are things that I need to take notice of when they are happening as things that throw me off track. I feel like Ive been making this kind of post a lot lately and it makes me angry at myself.
It cant go on, it wont go on.
Heres my get back on track plan: Im not going to weigh myself until this friday. Until then, Im going to eat my alloted calories, workout, lift weights. I will be posting a new workout plan that incorporates my weightlifting and stretching. I am going to cook today, enough to last baby and I for the next few days. I want to be fit and healthy…and I have to make this clear to myself : FOR ME, not for anyone else. FOR ME.
