So I’ve been in orientation and to make a long story short, my diet has gone to hell. Ok, maybe not to hell..maybe to purgatory? No, it was in purgatory when I had 2 nutrigrain bars (high fructose corn syrup!!) and a buttery roll for breakfast and lunch. Then it went to hell when my MIL ordered pizza and hot wings. I had 3 pieces of pizza and 2 wings. Sigh…The only good thing I can report is that I had no diet pepsi and drank a good deal of water.

Here’s total menu for today:

B: coffee, strawberry nutrigrain bar

S: nutrigrain bar

L: baked (broiled?)chicken breast, broccoli, and that buttery roll (this was from the hospital caf)

S: nothing

D: 3 slices of “the works” papa john pizza and 2 hot wings

Ok, I just added that up and of course I had to estimate for the cafeteria stuff, but it was 2100 calories…not as bad as I thought. I’m going to go running tomorrow. I’ve got to, so I wont’ revert back to a big fat pig. I know that AF is coming, but this is no excuse for all of the crazy eating I’ve been doing. I’ve got to learn how to incorporate this into life even when I’m working.
