Wow
General October 16th, 2007I can’t believe it’s been like 4 days since I last posted here. Well, here I am, better late than never.
I won’t lie. The last couple of days, I’ve struggled to stay on course. I’ve not neglected my exercise. I still do my yoga and went running day before yesterday. And plan to do it again in the morning. My eating has been less than satisfactory and I’ve been drinking soda
As always, the eating this is a work in progress.
DH said I could probably join a gym. As much as I hate the idea of running on a treadmill, I really need some stroller free days and the gym has a daycare. This will also give DS time with other kids and get him used to not being with me all the time (it’s got to happen eventually right?)
Anyhoo, I’m going to try a 30 minutes run again tomorrow. I did 30 minutes Sunday morning, and those last couple of minutes were HARD, but I did it. So, that’s going to be what I shoot for now for a couple of weeks. 5k is next saturday!

I actually like running on the treadmill. You might find it’ll give you a chance to really think and concentrate on yourself, rather than multitasking with the carriage. Also, it’ll be WAY easier for you since you’ve been running outside first!
