I ate pretty sensibly yesterday (ok I didn’t. I ended up being at McDonald’s, BUT I tracked my calories). I ended the day with salad and fruit. Today’s weight 201.2! down 0.4 lbs. I actually got my period yesterday, so that might be the reason my weight went up. I had hoped that my period would stay away, but I guess it just decided to skip a month
DH got me some running shoes and I’m so happy with them. The salesguy said I have a high arch and walked heavily on the outside of my feet, which I knew already. The ones he had me try on at first were very comfy with lots of cushining, but it was tight around the top of my foot, so he went and got me some wide ones and those were the ones I bought.
Now I have a problem with my jogging stroller. Its wheels were squeaking so I took them off and sprayed them with some WD40. While I had them off, I decided to put a little air in the tires. I took it out later to go to the mall and 2 of the tires were flat. I don’t know what I did wrong. I’m going to try it again in a little bit and then we’re going to try to go walking/running if they’re working.
