Scale said 198.6 this morning! I am so happy that things are moving along nicely. I went and bought a pair of size 14 pants from the consignment store. One of the pair of size 14s that I usually wear are starting to get big, but they are low waist, and I always seemĀ a little smaller there. As I’ve said before, my belly is huge (though it’s gotten smaller over the last few months), so I think that’s really keeping me out of size 12. I remember when I was at this weight a few years ago, I refused to fit myself into a 14 and just kept squeezing into my 12s…It was so uncomfortable and i’d have horrible marks of my abdomen. Now, I have no shame in getting into 14s because I have been higher and also because I know that I won’t be here forever!
Once I do get into 12s comfortably, my waredrobe will increase significantly. I figure another 20 lbs should do it, so maybe by Christmas if things keep going the way they are, I’ll be there.
I went running today, just intervals with my friend, though I ran a little bit more than she did. She pushed my son in the stroller too, which makes a HUGE difference in my running speed and endurance. Also got a good workout playing with baby in the playground. That little guy is a busybody.

Great attitude about sizes! I have to keep reminding myself: No one can see the label, but they can all see the fit. - dritta
