I haven’t been on the past couple of days, but the good news is that I haven’t been off track at all. Eating has been going rather well. The weather has cooled off so much, the run this morning was divine. Since I’m not totally doing C25K while I’m making sure to heal, I’ve been listening to an audio book while I run. I prefer to read, but this is ok for riding in the car or during exercise. I did 9 minute walk, 15 minute run, and then 11 minute walk today. The next time I’m going to bump it up to 20 minutes and do that for the next 3 times.

The scale said 199.4 this morning, so we are moving along steadily. DH congratulated me on reaching “onederland” (he’s been reading my blog, the sneak!) Anyway, that’s it for today.
