Baby and I didn’t wake up until about 2 hours later than we usually do, so we got the track when it was just starting to get hot. I walked 10 minutes, then ran about 10. It’s starting to feel good again and my ankle feels fine. I may try to go again in the morning to do 15. I’d like to get back up to 20, but I’m not going to push myself too hard right now. It will be nice when it gets cool enough that the time of day we go to the track won’t matter.
Eating went well today. I’ve discovered veggies burgers and they’re pretty tasty. I hope tomorrow morning the scale shows me a nice number with “1″ in front of it, but I won’t be disappointed if it doesn’t. I hope everyone has a great weekend!
