The Daily Plate
General 1 Comment »I’ve decided to start using this to track my calorie intake. I’m not going to worry about the breastfeeding calories since baby is not nursing all that much. In fact, I think that may be my problem…I’m not burning 500 extra calories through nursing anymore. So tomorrow I will start tracking calories on the daily plate. I tried to do day 2 of C25K, but the baby is teething and was not a happy guy. I did 5 minute warm up and ran 10 minutes before he’d had enough. I’m going to try and workout tonight and then either repeat day 2 or go on to day 3 tomorrow morning. This is going to be a busy week… We have a first birthday party to plan (yay!) and a housewarming for a friend. Not much else to say, I’m going to fool around with the daily plate for a bit.
