Yesterday I upped my calorie range on the Daily Plate to “moderately active”. I think that was a mistake. Maybe if I had gone for that walk I planned, but I was just too busy getting ready for this party. I was up to 202. 6 on the scale. Now that could’ve been water weight or something, but I’m going to take it as a sign that, until I’m back running or exercising regularly, I need to stick to “light activity” caloric intake.

Today is going to beĀ  busy, busy. I have to finish cleaning parts of the house, make food, and decorate a bit. Oh, and the shopping :( And of course since I’ve switch to cloth diapers and we only have enough for one day, I have to do laundry.
