My foot/ankle feel much better today. I can walk on it with no pain, but I’m still going to use my crutch and keep it wrapped up today, just to be safe. Maybe Friday I will try to go for a 20 minute walk and then take things from there. Until I can run again, I’m going to up my weightlifting everyother day. Here’s my routine, I won’t bore you with repetitions:
Core:
Crunches (on the ball)X 50
Dumbbell Stiff Leg DeadliftsSide Turns w/ dumbbells
Upper Body:
Shoulder Press
Tricep Kickbacks
Bicep Curls
Overhead Tricep Extensions
Chest fly on the ball
Push ups on the ball (from the thighs)
Reverse Flys
Side Raises
Lower body (I’m afraid to do too much with this):
Squats
Pile Squats
Lying Butt Bridge
This is a really good site that has lots of exercises and an animated demonstration of how they should be preformed:

Great website! I like the animation, I’ve been looking for a free site for new exercises, but haven’t been able to find one. Thanks for that. Good luck with the foot, don’t put too much pressure on it at once.

Yeah, I agree- that area is off limits! I would imagine that surgery ridiculously uncomfortable- can you imagine the healing time?? Good Lord!
