First, Iwant to say how much all of your comments mean to me. I get more support on this blog then I would ever find in real life and I know it’s what helps me to stay on track. I did pretty good on Day 1 of week 5. Tomorrow (or the next day I do it) goes like this:

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:

  • Jog 3/4 mile (or 8 minutes)
  • Walk 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
  • Jog 3/4 mile (or 8 minutes)

Seems simple enough, huh? lol…

I felt great afterwards and went to the grocery storeĀ  where of course I run into someone I haven’t seen in awhile. Why is that when I look my worst, I always see someoneĀ  I know? And this morning, I just let the baby go in his t-shirt and pajama pants, so he looked like a bum too. Plus I was all sweaty. I just really didn’t expect to see anyone I knew at 6:30 in the morning. Oh well! I bought this soybean butter (like peanut butter) that I can’t wait to try out. I wanted to see if baby would like it and it’s just a healthier option. Money’s a little tight this month, so I will probably be eating some type of sandwich for lunch everyday.

Still no period and still at the same weight. But my clothes fit better, waist size is smaller and bodyfat percentage is down to 45% (that’s down 1.5 percent), so something must be going right. I don’t do the body fat thing everday, maybe every couple of weeks. *yawn* time for a nap!
