Gosh, I was sweating up a storm this morning. But it makes me feel good to sweat, like I’ve really been working hard, though I attribute it some to the heat lol. I did my last C25k week 3 run today. Tomorrow or the next day I will start week 4. It goes as follows:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
- Jog 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
- Walk 1/8 mile (or 90 seconds)
- Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
- Walk 1/4 mile (or 2-1/2 minutes)
- Jog 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
- Walk 1/8 mile (or 90 seconds)
- Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
Yes, that’s going to be, for lack of a better word, a bitch. I know I’m not taking a day’s break in between each workout like the website says to, but I listen to my body and know when to take a break. I can usually tell the morning of if I should do it or not. I think I will probably have to repeat week 4 anyway, it looks like a doozy.
Baby did a cute thing while I was jogging this morning. He has a little steering wheel/food tray on his stroller and it makes noises like a car starting up, music and a horn. There were three ladies walking on the track in front of us and I was closing in. I was hoping they would hear me pull up so I didn’t have to veer off into the grass when baby beeps his little horn and they turn around and move out of the way. So cute. He’s my little workout helper
