I did my second day of C25k week 2 and it went much better than last time. I think it had something to do with the fact that I went in the morningĀ (thank you Baby for waking up at 5:30am this morning!) and brought along my water hehe. 10 minute warm up walk, 20 minutes run/walk (90 sec run/2 min walk), and then 5 minute walk cool down. I see this one lady all the time at the walking track who’s there when I get there, my whole time there and then when I leave. She runs the whole time. I am so impressed. There’s also a man who’s got to be in his 60s that runs as well. He has the best look legs I’ve ever seen on a 60 year old lol. I would love to be that active when I’m that age. And I want to be like the lady who can run for what seems like forever. Slowly, but surely.
AF is surely around the corner, because I was up 2 pounds this morning. It’s to be expected, I’m surprised it hadn’t happened sooner. Hopefully, she will come and leave so I can get over feeling crampy and bloated.
