General 2 Comments »I did the last day of the first week of C25k. It wasn’t so bad this last time and I did the 60 sec run pretty easily (that last one is always hard, no matter what though). I’m a little scared of next week because I do 90 seconds running and then 2 minutes walking.
I neglected to exercise yesterday, though I did do a lot of cleaning up and furniture moving. Tomorrow is supposed to be a free day, but I may do Y!F to make up for yesterday. Scale is holding steady at 205.2 which I’m surprised because I’m usually getting a lot of water weight by now. I’m going to do some free weights in a bit and then more house cleaning.
I am trying to quit sodas. I had only 1 yesterday and 1 today (really half of one). I’m tempted to buy some fruit juice and water it down and maybe have that once or twice a day, but I’m afraid I would go overboard. Off to do more housework!
