Workout 7/25/07
General July 25th, 2007Baby and I went to the park and did 10 minute walk (warm up), 20 minute run/walk (60 sec run, 90 sec walk). Afterwards, I pushed him on the swing for a bit. Now, I’m doing my weights.
12X3 dumbbell pullovers (back muscles)
12X3 dumbbell extensions (triceps)
12X3 tricep kickbacks
15X3 pushups (stability ball)
12X3 upward rows
12X3 reverse flys (back)
50 crunches

You are the exercise queen! I am so impressed! After reading your bio I started looked up the Yourself!Fitness stuff and it’s going on my birthday wish list. My husband has the ps2 so I might finally get some use out of it. I love to play games so this sounds great! Thanks for all your support on here! Keep up the good work!
