My dream scale. It’s got a great rating everywhere I’ve checked. I don’t really care about the BF measurements, but that would be nice, as long as it’s consistent, which I’ve seen that it is through reviews. It measures in 0.2 increments and, oh did I mention that it’s consistent? That’s what I mostly care about. Please , scale fairy, send me this scale and I’ll be a good girl!

We  started the day off right today:

B: bowl of shredded wheat w/ 2 percent milk

S: handful of strawberries

L: lima beans and lean pork chops

S: bowl of watermelon

D: pork chop and bowl of shredded wheat w. 2 percent milk(weird I know, I  should’ve had veggies, but I had a craving for shredded wheat!)

I did 45 minutes of Y!F this morning and a 30 minute walk in the park.   Nothing else to really say today. Baby was teething, so it was kind of a tiring day.  Off to bed.
