Or that was my first thought when my DH said he wanted it. According to him, he hadn’t had junk food in so long and even though there was catfish and veggies in the fridge, he wanted this garbage. I said ok, because I hate Popeye’s…except one part…The biscuits! Anything chocked full of carbs is my downfall. I hate to admit it, but I had 3 over the course of yesterday. And of course, DH just liked the greasy yucky chicken and not the delicious buttery biscuits. So, here’s my menu for yesterday:

B: cheerios w/skim milk

S: strawberries

L: baked catfish, potatoes (both in olive oil), mixed veggies

S: (this is when the biscuits entered my day) 1 biscuit, thinking, oh one’s not that bad

D: turkey sub w veggies, american cheese, on wheat bread and oh, what the hell, another biscuit, last one I swear

And then right before I went to bed, when I really get the munchies, when I really have a hard time resisting good foods, I had another one. I know it’s  sounds stupid, but food right before bed makes me sleep better than ever before. I think that’s why I used to eat so much before I went to sleep before I started my new lifestyle. We are going out of town today to see DH’s father, and they are going to grill out. I am going to bring a slim fast,just in case there’s not enough healthy things for me to eat. I don’t drink slim fast regularly, but I keep them in case of emergencies. Yesterday was an off day for exercise, tonight when we get back, I’m doing 1 hour of Y!F. Happy Sunday all.
