By September 3rd, also my son’s first birthday, I am setting the goal of 192 pounds, that will mean a 10 pound loss from what I am today, 202. So officially here are my goals:

Goals:

Weight: 192 pounds

Exercise:  225 minutes of cardio every week

Weight training :  2 days of upper body, 2 days of lower body. intermingle core

Diet: Continue my current rules

We will also be doing family portraits in September, so I want to look much better.
