Lazy Sunday
General 1 Comment »I was pretty active yesterday, did a 30 minute walk with DH and the baby in the park, and then came home and did 30 minutes of Y!F, followed by a 15 minute stretch with my brand new stability ball! I was so excited to get this. Let me tell you, crunches are so much harder on these things. I also used them during Y!F and she is brutal with it. I am going to start using it tomorrow for when I watch tv or sit at the computer, it’s supposed to help posture and abdominal muscles.
I made a pretty good meal today. It was just spaghetti, which in the past has been a big weakness for me. But I made it with whole grain noodles, ground turkey, and added Zuccinni and Squash to the sugar free sauce. Very good and filling. I had that for lunch and dinner and a bowl of cereal for breakfast with assorted fruits throughout the day.
