General No Comments »Bleh, it’s just noon and I’ve already overeaten. I dont keep count of calories or carbs, but I know I overate because I just ate because I was bored and the food was there (finally did groceries last night). So…I am going to just eat veggies for dinner and maybe some fruit and lots of water. I did Y!F (mostly yoga) and I’m about to leave and have a walk with the baby. Luckily, I didn’t eat anything that I shouldn’t have, just too much of the right foods.
