Today
General May 31st, 2007I did well in all aspects except for drinking water today.
B: leftover half of a turkey sub
S: Blueberries
L: baked pork chop (in olive oil) and mixed veggies(sweet peas, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, squash)
S: a little sweet potatoe
D: tuna sub from subway ( I resisted the cookies!)
I also had a bit of watermelon before 8 oclock
Baby and I went walking again. I originally wanted to find a different park to go to, but it was terribly dilapidated, and it was next to a cemetery. Not my idea of a good time. So, I went to the park we visited yesterday and we walked around again. I then came home and did 30 minutes of Y!F.
Don’t get me wrong. I love my workout, but if she asks me to do jumping jacks one more time, I will kill her. My boobs can not stand a lot of bouncing. I just march or do heeljacks , when she starts doing jumping jacks. We focused mostly on upper body today and I feel really good.

According to a recent mag article, you’d have to do 780 jumping jacks to burn 100 calories. So, (and let’s just agree we’ll believe everything in print), the question is: why bother??
