It was a pretty good day, as far as exercise and fun went. Eating did not go too well, but I wasn’t out of control like I usually can be on holidays.
B: 2 eggs
S: low carb ice cream
L: steak, (small amount of) mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, whole wheat roll, cucumbers
D: Same as lunch
My best friend and I played DDR for about 2-3 hours and I did 15 minutes of Y!F just now. I am good and sore now and will enjoy a cup of green tea and a nice hot bath and then go to sleeeeeep
I am going to weigh in tomorrow morning. Happy Memorial Day all!
