Well, I suck, I totally missed my workout last night. DH wanted to watch a movie when he got home and we did and then DS didn’t go to sleep until 11:30 and by then I was too tired. I did get up first thing this morning and do my workout. I feel so good, I might even take the kiddo for a walk.
