Oh what to say! I bombed 1/30/10.

It was a snow day - I gave into my pizza urge “after” I had already eaten my 1700 calories. I hurt myself, up all night with a tummy ache. I swore off pizza, forever! I don’t know, it’s how I feel now. I can’t even estimate how many calories I ate. My stomach has shrunk, I could tell that much. What is it with that kind of eating frenzy?!? It is a sickness I tell you. This was not part of the Friday night problem, even if it occurred on Friday night. It was more of a getting out of my routine problem. My normal Friday activities were curtailed. I was stuck at home all day. No reason not to do everything just right, except I didn’t. I ate all my calories much earlier in the day than normal. That was my first mistake. Then just giving in to a trigger food that I seem to eat until it’s gone rather until I am full.

At any rate, mopping up the mess and getting it all back together tomorrow.
