Greek Salad on Baby Romaine

It’s what it says it is. *grin

Cucumber
Grape Tomatoes
Red Onions
Green & Red Sweet Peppers
Reduced Fat Feta chunks/crumbles
Baby Romaine

For fat-free/low-cal Greek dressing:
1 package Good Seasons Zesty Italian mix
1/2 cup cider vineger
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup cold water
1 Tblsp dried oragano
2 Tblsp feta
1/2 tsp guar or xanthan gum (for thickener - optional)
mix together well with blender. Let set at least 1 hr before serving for flavors to intensify.
