Keep a food journal
Keep an exercise journal
Pick out what to eat before going to restaurants
Try to follow WW as best I can
Read blogs!

Weight Goals:
1- Lose 5% of my weight (9 lbs)- Met 4/18/2009!
2 - Lose 10% of my weight (18 lbs)
3 - Lose 20 lbs (half way mark) (160 lbs)
4 - Weigh 154 (BMI will be normal not overweight)
5 - Run a 5K (Furry 5K Run 6/9/2009)
6- GOAL- Lose 40 lbs! (140 lbs)
