Skipping..

.. is what I’ve deceided to do to get in a bit of exercise. A friend who has a personal trainer was told to skip everyday and do 500 skips each day. I have started today with 300 skips.. as it’s a lot harder work than I expected and I want to build up gradually. So my target for this week (including today) is to do 1800 skips by Sunday. From Monday I will up my target.

I went to the gym…

… and it was closed ! Even though the website said they were open until 7pm apparently that is wrong and it should have said 6pm. Great. What a wasted bl**dy journey! Grrrrrr

Food today:

Breakfast
Melon, pineapple, kiwi fruit salad
Mullerlight yoghurt

Lunch
1/2 red grapefruit
Tomato and Basil soup
2 babybel cheeses (A)
2 slices wholemeal bread (B)

Snack
Shapers Strawberry chocolate nougatĀ (4)

Dinner
1/2 red grapefruit
Steak
Salad- lettuce, carrot, red cabbage, cucumber
Spicy cajun wedges
