Things that taste so good, it’s like you’re not dieting:
- Turkey wraps with spinach and guacamole spread
- Buffalo chicken chunks over a crisp bed of butter lettuce, dab of blue cheese dressing
- Blueberries and sugar-free peach Jell-O with Light Cool Whip
- Mushrooms stuffed with veggie sausage, ricotta, and spinach
- Naked burrito with slow-cooked chicken, chilies, onion, enchilada sauce, cheese and sour cream (great crock-pot meal)
- Salmon seared in olive oil and lots of garlic
- Frittatas without a crust – egg, spinach, mushroom, dusted with parmesan cheese
- Chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and rolled in pecan, baked in foil
- Roasted green beans with garlic, caramelized onion, and ham bits
- Grilled chicken with mesquite seasoning
- Ricotta ice cream – slightly frozen with Splenda and vanilla
- Shrimp sautéed with sun-dried tomato, basil and garlic
- Tuna melt on Alvarado Street California Protein Bread
- Teriyaki chicken and asparagus stir-fry
- Chicken salad made with celery, pecan, and strawberries
- Stash Double Bergamot Earl Grey tea with cream, vanilla, and Splenda
- Kale greens with onion and ham bits, salted
- Pure Protein Chewy Chocolate Chip Bar (3 net carbs!)
- Lettuce wraps with avocado, tomato, turkey, cilantro, and lime juice
- Turkey wraps with cheese, spinach, and ricotta (served hot or cold)
- Cod or whitefish with lemon pepper and real butter
- Shrimp and zucchini strings with red curry
- Broccoli salad with red onion and real bacon bits, mayo and EVOO
- Sugar-free orange Jell-O (just the mix) and cream cheese, balled and frozen
- Roasted zucchini with EVOO, topped with cracked pepper and parmesan cheese
- Crystal Light Cranberry-Apple drink (helps with the 120 ounces of water)
- Seared scallops with fresh garlic and ginger
- Turkey wraps with cole slaw (messy, but yummy)
- Cottage cheese with blueberries and a little Splenda
