		<description><![CDATA[Nothing much to really say.  Food hasn&#8217;t been good.  I&#8217;m stressed about this big project and so when I go to lunch I don&#8217;t make healthy choices, I go for the &#8220;treats&#8221; out of self-pity.  Lame.  As usual, my food logging dropped off on Friday night to nothing.
