Goals both on and off the scale January 2, 2009

1. To lose 10% of my starting weight 24lbs  11/17/08

2. Be under 200lbs

3.Take my pills everyday for a week.

4. Take my pills everyday for a month.

5. Go to the gym 5 days a week for a month.

6. Stay on plan for 1 full week.

7. Stay on plan for 1 full month.

8. Wear a size 12 pant.
