Short term goals

Thinking about some short term goals I can work towards to make sure I keep on track.

- Lose 5lbs (180lbs)
- Lose 10lbs (175lbs)
- 20lbs (165lbs)
- Previous low weight (162lbs)
- 30lbs (155lbs)
- 10st something! (153lbs)
- Last 10lbs (145lbs)
- Single figures for the 1st time ever, 9st something!! (139lbs)
- GOAL!! (135lbs - 50lbs lost)
