Short term goals

Thinking about some short term goals I can work towards to make sure I keep on track.

Lose 5lbs (180lbs)
– Lose 10lbs (175lbs)
– 20lbs (165lbs)
– Previous low weight (162lbs)
– 30lbs (155lbs)
– 10st something! (153lbs)
– Last 10lbs (145lbs)
– Single figures for the 1st time ever, 9st something!! (139lbs)
– GOAL!! (135lbs – 50lbs lost)
