same ole, same ole which is ok. Lot of rain the past two days. Too many calories the past three days, but not awful. Scale is still inching downward. Trainer is creeping up the intensity.
I’m dull ladies.
Still waiting for DH to install dishwasher. Been over 60 days without one. I’m starting to lose patience.
He says tonight. I have heard that several times now. Only bonus is he isn’t griping about the crappy meals he’s been getting. I don’t want to dirty a bunch of pots/pans!

made today. Yay for that. Only 75% more to go. LOL Trainer told me today she thought that was very good for 7 weeks. I told her I felt like I gave a 70% effort so perhaps I’ll do a little better during the next 7 weeks and inch closer to 50%!
Harvest. The weather has not been overly kind this year to our farming efforts. Corn not dry. Stalks not standing. No rain at the end of the growing period. Big winds last week to knock down more corn. Pbfttttt to that. I don’t even want to think about the bottom line and debts hanging over my head!

For second goal. Only one measly lb away and I’ll be at 25% lost. Perhaps I’ll find the time today to up the movement. Today is SALON day. Pamper, pamper. I’m even getting a massage. I had one several years ago. Thought I’d splurge. So, this afternoon I’m sneaking away and not working. Basically it will be a split shift. I’ll work this evening.
B: egg white omelet w/ tomato and musroom
S: probably a protein bar
L: hmm. I’ll be at the salon. I’ll have to eat before I go. Soup/salad? Or maybe a LC.
S: probably a protein bar as I’ll be in the car on the way home from Salon.
D: Probably chicken, veggies.
DD will be home for Friday only. Taking her mini shopping excursion, picking out DS’s senior pictures from proofs. Diva goes to trainer Sat. Sun. I have a meeting. The end.

Last Trip to the Park & Rec Dept in the Wee Hours

3fc journalers from two years ago might recall the strange behavior among the folks waiting in the wee hours of the morning to reserve shelter houses, conference rooms, etc. at our local park dept. Last year there was actually a fist fight between two women arguing over a reunion date! None of that nonsense this year. I had myself parked in my lawn chair looking like one of those people outside Best Buy when a new game console comes out, complete with sleeping bag, blanket, coat, hat, gloves, etc….at 3:51 this morning and 40 degree temps–luckily not much wind! Yes, really. DS is the last to graduate, and I didn’t want him to get less than the others so I went extra early. I was alone until after 5 when a woman showed up who had driven almost two hours from Illinois to reserve a place for a family reunion. By 7:30 there were seven of us. Luckily everyone wanted something different, on a different date. Yay for that. So, I secured the High School Graduation of #4 Open House venue.
Since I got up at 2:20 this morning, it was an odd day to say the least. And I had several appts throughout the day so nothing at home/office was even touched.
Tuesday will be office/home day.
Chugging along with the trainer. Food plan is so so. I didn’t follow it 100% this weekend. Still making progress however.

and I had almost all of them already with the exception of the produce. So, again, I eat fairly healthy, but just too much and snack too much. However, I have changed that for the better over the past five weeks, but was eating too many meals which were just a protein bar. Convenience. WE all know how I hate to cook. Or plan. So I have menus for 14 days and I don’t have to think and they are simple menus to prepare.
Nice to see Renee back and also having success with her new plan. I’d like to see Angie again on here. Also nice to see Mel back in the pink again. I’ll have to check to see if her shoe room is finished.
DS still a torture some days. He overslept again today for school. Flunked a chemistry test last week because he “forgot” about the test. He has so much to do you know. !
DD still has one roommate who is torturing the other three. Sounds like this roommate may move out. DD did finally find a job two weeks ago. Tough to find part time employment in a college town in this economy.
DSS and DSD doing ok.
My other People, the animals, are my main source of entertainment. LOL Currently Zoe the dog is driving me crazy with her clinginess. My cat population is way up. I should post pix on FB for all my 3fc cat lovers. Four of the ten (yes ten) are quite entertaining. The whole four-legged troupe follows me everywhere. Dog, then the cats. Horses also–with their eyes at least. Everyone hoping for more food. ! If I was a paranoid person, I would think everyone was out to get me because they are always WATCHING me. LOL
Sleep is a Wonderful Thing

and I wish it was a consistent Thing around here. Still have issues getting enough and getting enough in a regular pattern. Lack of sleep or broken sleep derail me after about three days. Woke up at 3:19. Laid in bed for an hour willing myself back to sleep, but thoughts would not be quiet. Nothing is really looming, so why the buzzing in my mind?
Gave in and got up after an hour and here I am trying to distract myself.
I’ve been tense for three days. I have nothing really to be tense about. I think it is related to my lack of sleep.
Phooey.
Today was full of vet calls here at home and record keeping. Had a surprise elk calf birth after lunch. Hmm. A foul up there. Babies are born in May/June, not late October.
Need to go to the grocery story today. And dry cleaner. Trainer at noon. Clean stalls in early AM. Office in PM. Bank before 4. Post office before 4.
Off to try to grap a few more winks before the day begins.

The 54 degrees feels a lot colder than 54.
Trainer ok Fri and Mon. I didn’t feel like I worked that hard yesterday.
Food ok. Got my two week meal plan from trainer on Fri. Haven’t been to the store yet to implement.
Vet here for equine call this afternoon.

Checked on all the Chix sites on my blog roll and deleted the obsolete ones. :( Eight Chix lost. Maybe they will come back some day.
Hamstrings still letting me know they are there.
Rain moving in later today, so I’m off to do the outside chores while I can.
Harvest is moving along. Beans almost finished.
Diva Mare looking better. Moved her trip to the trainer back a week. Vet coming next week for fall shots and a looky see.
DS still a pill about getting up for school. Hope he made it today on time. Sigh, again. Think this oversleep was somehow related to FB and texting with a female a little too late in the night? Hmmmm.
