			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>well I gained back 3 of the 7.7 that I lost..However I am back on the wagon or rather the treadmill.  On MOnday I actually got my husband to get up at 5:30am to workout with me and he has been doing it every since.   I belive with a firm support system here at home I have a better chance this time&#8230;.at work everyone is on the band wagon&#8230;.we are going for another round with WW and one of the guys put up a challenge 20lbs in 10 weeks&#8230;.we have 51 people in the Facebook group so far and growing daily&#8230;..great motivation,great friends and lots of support.    I wish everyone a safe happy new year and most of all make 2010 a healthy year not a skinny year, a healthy year&#8230;.you can do it!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>OK so I lost 2.8 today- without a weigh in last week bringing my 3 week total to 7.7lbs WOO HOO. My goal this week is just to keep drinking the water and getting abck on the treadmill. I can do this. We talked about Thanksgiving today and do you know that even THINKING about everything I eat- I would have 50 points at that 1 meal. Honestly - I am ok with that- I am going to make dinner so I am going to use lower fat and lots of veggies- but I am going to enjoy the day and maybe workout in the morning and at night- I am going to modify for that day because I need to be able to live within my lifestyle if I am ever goign to get healthy again. At our meeting today the same thing popped into my head that did at the last one- sharing things that work is good&#8230;it helps&#8230;however I have to do what works for me- I have to know that some things work for others and they will nto work for me. I am getting there&#8230; I hope everyone has a great Wednesday and I will tlak to you again on Monday probably that seems to be working for me&#8230;..check in after the weekend and efter weigh- ins keeps me on my toes.</p>

I was anorexic once, I was different.  Now I am almost 40 over 200lbs and different.  I have to do this, I want to be 40 and fit, I want to wear skinny jeans and flats like I did in the 80&#8217;s, I don&#8217;t want my kid to have the fat mommy at school. I just want to live again.</p>
