Wednesday after the Weigh in
OK so I lost 2.8 today- without a weigh in last week bringing my 3 week total to 7.7lbs WOO HOO. My goal this week is just to keep drinking the water and getting abck on the treadmill. I can do this. We talked about Thanksgiving today and do you know that even THINKING about everything I eat- I would have 50 points at that 1 meal. Honestly - I am ok with that- I am going to make dinner so I am going to use lower fat and lots of veggies- but I am going to enjoy the day and maybe workout in the morning and at night- I am going to modify for that day because I need to be able to live within my lifestyle if I am ever goign to get healthy again. At our meeting today the same thing popped into my head that did at the last one- sharing things that work is good…it helps…however I have to do what works for me- I have to know that some things work for others and they will nto work for me. I am getting there… I hope everyone has a great Wednesday and I will tlak to you again on Monday probably that seems to be working for me…..check in after the weekend and efter weigh- ins keeps me on my toes.

haha…about the butter. I LOVE butter too, that is the nice thing about WW, they don’t tell you that there is something you CAN”T eat. if butter is important to you, you measure your portions and cut out to allow it. Otherwise, you really set yourself up for failure by deprivation. This is what I believe, anyway.
I use whipped REAL butter, but measure out ONE TBS, and its one pt. One pt I enjoy to eat. On veggies, I recently started using brummel and brown spread. Its pretty low in cals and fat grams compared to other spreads. And well, for baking and cooking, I use the real deal, unsalted stick butter only in very small amts…
Ah, FIL, LOL what do they know anyway?? LOL
