Okay, as a calorie counter for a very long time now, I would tell you that if it were me, I would definitely take my calories down. Fill up on lots of green veggies because you don't have to count those calories!

Good luck this week!

i'm with these girls - give yourself credit for losing inches! i enjoyed having two cheat days a week, but they just didn't work for me.

the sisters convinced me to instead work little "cheats" into my eating (saving today's calories for an ice cream sandwich for example) and that seems to be working better.

You lost inches! A LOSS is a LOSS nonetheless -- weight OR inches, both are positive!!! You may be converting muscle to fat... remember that. IF you still stay the same next week, it may be time to make changes. But don't take one week's standstill as a "standstill"

I have heard that 1800-2000 cals are what normal people need to maintain their weight. So... if that's what your consuming, maybe it's time to cut back OR change the TYPE of cals that you're getting... like... more meat & veggies and less fruit and carbs.

Just a thought...

And BTW -- your week would be wasted if you binged and gained 5 lbs..... so dont even think you wasted it!!!

Hey , you lost inches!!! So maybe it stayed the same because you gained muscle?! Do ya clothes fit better. That is always a good indication.

You didn't waste a week. Sometimes people don't lose weight everyweek. Don't get down on yourself. Just keep doing what you are doing:)

Have fun at the wedding:)
