It’s time to weigh-in with the sisterhood, again.
Well, here it is
04/29/09 -215.7
05/06/09 - 215.7
I honestly could not believe it was EXACTLY the same. I’m feeling kind of down because I feel like I really busted my butt this week, except for Saturday. Sometimes I think I’m just one of those people who cannot take a day off at all, and still lose. That makes me really frustrated. Of course, the old me would have starved myself all day and just laid in bed. But, I need to be here and have energy for my daughter, so I’ve already had some oatmeal.
I think I may be eating too many calories. I used this calculator online and was following what it told me, but at the time I was thinking that it was too many. Maybe I’ll go back to my plan of 1400-1600 instead of 1700-2000. I’m just really mad that I wasted a whole WEEK! and now I have a wedding to go to on Saturday.
The only bright spot in all of this is I did lose a couple of inches, although you can never know if that is really accurate or not.
Bust 43 -1
R Arm 14
L Arm 14
Waist 38 -1
Hip 44 -1

Hey , you lost inches!!! So maybe it stayed the same because you gained muscle?! Do ya clothes fit better. That is always a good indication.
You didn’t waste a week. Sometimes people don’t lose weight everyweek. Don’t get down on yourself. Just keep doing what you are doing:)
Have fun at the wedding:)

You lost inches! A LOSS is a LOSS nonetheless — weight OR inches, both are positive!!! You may be converting muscle to fat… remember that. IF you still stay the same next week, it may be time to make changes. But don’t take one week’s standstill as a “standstill”
I have heard that 1800-2000 cals are what normal people need to maintain their weight. So… if that’s what your consuming, maybe it’s time to cut back OR change the TYPE of cals that you’re getting… like… more meat & veggies and less fruit and carbs.
Just a thought…
And BTW — your week would be wasted if you binged and gained 5 lbs….. so dont even think you wasted it!!!

i’m with these girls - give yourself credit for losing inches! i enjoyed having two cheat days a week, but they just didn’t work for me.
the sisters convinced me to instead work little “cheats” into my eating (saving today’s calories for an ice cream sandwich for example) and that seems to be working better.

Okay, as a calorie counter for a very long time now, I would tell you that if it were me, I would definitely take my calories down. Fill up on lots of green veggies because you don’t have to count those calories!
Good luck this week!
