Two pounds doesn’t sound like much, but every little bit will bring me closer to being thinner. I am now 210 pounds. The weekend was okay. My eating was still bad, but I got my workouts in and learned that I’m gonna have to put in work if I want this weight to shed.

This morning went well. My scale read 169. At the doctors, it read 171. So they wrote down in their records that I lost 8 pounds. I was a little disappointed at first until I started looking at the big picture. Which is: I LOST WEIGHT.
