Weight Loss Goals

You would never ever believe this, but a person just posted almost the EXACT same goals I am posting below:
Short term goals
Eat five times a day (3 meals and 2 snacks in between)
Drink 8 or more glasses of water everyday
 Workout six times per week
Lose 2 lbs per week
