Started out making a smoothie for breakfast, made it bigger than usual. Proceeded to drink ALL of it (435 or so calories). My husband’s out all day, so it seemed like a good time keep going, to eat a little this, eat a little that… Now I feel gross. Gurgle, blurp– eck.

Grits w/margarine, sugar and salt (comfort food from my childhood)
Coffee w/half & half
1/2 apple w/peanut butter, 6 pretzels, a few almonds
1/2 bagel sandwich w/cheese & turkey ham
burrito w/spanish rice, cheese, olives, refried beans
Nonfat yogurt w/strawberries, sugarfree fudgesicle
