		<description>I think it's just stress and over scheduling.  And I don't know how you'll avoid it.  When I was getting my master's, I was also getting a divorce, moving, teaching full time, had a sick mother, and had two kids ages 3 and 5.  Oh yah.  You may have to lower your expectations of yourself with regard to being super mom with volunteering, baking, and cleaning the house too clean!!!  There are only so many hours in a day.</description>
