Happy Friday! Yippee!
It is raining again. Yesterday we had a brief reprieve from the rain during which I was able to cut all the grass last night, so that is done. Also went to kickboxing and had an awesome class! Food was good, exercise good, water good.
Today I think I am taking the kids out to eat and we may hit Five Guys (unfortunately Renee, you were right about those burgers, lol). If I go, I will have one little burger and share some fries. Yum. It is an exercise day off, so after that we are going to look at some furniture. DS12 has a bunkbed in his room but it is old, and as bribery (lmao) I am going to buy something new and nicer and move the two boys into what is now currently the twin’s bedroom, so DD will have her own room in what is currently DS12’s room … if that makes sense. So the boys are getting new furniture and a new TV mounted on the wall, and DD will get her new room painted, new rug and bedding and girly stuff. I think I am more excited than they are, lol. It will be a lot of work, but we are going to try and accomplish the swap slowly over the month of August … hope to be completed by school starting. Boys want Mets bedding and chalkboard paint on one wall. What have I gotten myself into? lol
Tonight I have to do food shopping for the sleepover tomorrow … MBFF’s kids requested “breakfast dinner” which makes my life easy, but have to do some food shopping tonight. So funny that I told them they could choose whatever they’d like, and THAT is what they chose.
Tomorrow I think the kids are coming at 1, so I may be able to do my 11:30 - 12:30 centergy class.
Today’s Food:
Boss is slamming the phone around, that can’t be good. I shall return.

craving those darn burgers, aren’t you?? LOL hmmm….now you got me thinking about them…good thing I can’t fit getting one into my day today! LOL Enjoy for me though. Do you get it with the works? I know, not so diet friendly, but I love, love, love, the sauted onions and mushrooms on them. Divine.
so….what is the conclusion to the ortho dilemma? Just curious. I actually have been giving it some thought, and although #3 seems like from the dark ages, his plan actually makes the most sense to me. My kids had overcrowding and narrowing of the upper jaw, which required the ever popular palate expander….but they all had to have baby teeth ( molars) and such pulled. DS12 just had three pulled. As long as they are baby teeth, no problem in getting them removed. Only additional expense. With the overcrowding on the bottom, I would suspect, widening the jaw is not an option…but I am all about symmetry, and I can’t see how removing ONE tooth would not make him look funky…and your dentist is right about the teeth moving back…unless your son is super vigilant about wearing his retainer like he is supposed to post braces…which lets face it…what teenager is vigilant about anything?? so I guess….I would say, maybe you need a fourth consult, as painful as it is. I tend to agree with your dentist. for what my opinion is worth. The last thing you hate to do, is have regrets and feel like you wasted all that money. Check out my fb pics of my two older kids….I am very happy with their teeth and how they came out.

Sounds like a neat project. I am sure the kids will apprecaite it.. even if they forgte to tell you!
I’ve watched the kick boxing classes at the gym. I may take one if the time ever works for me. I did like doing those videos at home. It’s funny. Some of the instructors are bigger than I am, .. not skinny waifs, which is nice.

New paint is wonderful. Relatively inexpensive and looks so FRESH. (Can you tell I have logged 21 hours painting in the past six days…no lie!)
Breakfast dinner is the BEST. No muss. No fuss. yay to that.
Slammed phones are never good.
