OMGOSH!!!!!!! Kelly, I love the NEW BALANCE sneakers! (Did you notice the note that they are made in the USA??? Suh-WEET!) I am gonna do a stamp test--sounds fun! lol

I wanted to share this too, but you might already have this knowledge. With my student loan, there is a program that I have qualified for (hosted by the bank the loan is from--Great Lakes) that decreases my interest rates occasionally. The qualifying factor is making the payments on time for a certain period of time, obviously, and I have worked myself down to 2.7%.

I'm just sharing it because it might be info to keep in mind, if you're planning on taking out loans. I'm sure most banks do that anyways, but no one shared it with me. I'm not loan savvy because I try to live off cash (and grants when I can). :P I even paid on the loan when I was attending other classes on other loans.

Eh, you might be more loan savvy. Most everybody is at a level beyond me. LOL ...

Thanks for your kind words on my blog!

Love the shoes...pink isn't usually my go-to color, but I think workout shoes should be brigth & pretty enough to really make you want to put them on.

Yeah...makes most problems seem pretty trivial when you encounter someone who has faced down death & pain & illness and come out of it all an optimist. Sounds like an inspiring day.
