I jsut got some ASICS Cross trainers and I like them alot. Even better is that they were on sale, reg 100.00 for 59.99 got 'em at Lady Footlocker.

		<description>I think the cross trainers support the sides of your feet, for those kind of motions other than straight running...and runners do not.  Probably need to invest in a new pair.  You know, Kohls really has some decent prices on atheletic shoes when they are on sale.  Worth checking out.  

I need to check out that recipe for the casserole.
