Is tomorrow really already April?
Yesterday was interesting. I was a little stressed out over something, and ate 200 calories worth of chocolate that was actually purchased and hidden in the garage because it was intended on being Easter basket stuff … and now I have to replace that! Grrrr. That was the only slip up. I did do my Firm Get Chiseled DVD, laundry, cleaned all bathrooms. Fun stuff.
I am starving today … ate my sandwich at 11 am and I’m still hungry. I don’t feel like working either. Just one of those BLAH days!
Today’s Food:
B: Nutrigrain waffles, strawberries, light syrup, coffee
L: Turkey on MG bread, light mayo, apple on side
S: Banana or Veggie Fiber Wheat Thins or Fiber1 bar or Almonds
D: Undecided … something with chicken breast. Any ideas?
Exercise: Firm or TJ DVD
I hope we have some nice weather this weekend … I am trying to figure out how I am going to cope with the kids home for 10 days, and them coming to work with me/me working from home, etc. Sigh.

You KNOW where to look for ideas. Did I steer you wrong on the firecracker salmon?
Might be best to leave the candy in the trunk of the car or else not buy it until Friday before..Do your kids really need the candy though? bet theey’ll get plenty from other people anyway, right?

I only bought my kids a bit of candy this year I tend to eat it before hand and having to replace it as well. BUT I got smart this year I locked the candy in my safety deposit box and gave the key to my 17 year old..lol
Have a great day

I hope it was atleast GOOD chocolate! nothing like wasting calories on substandard chocolate! LOL
I made a pretty yummy and low cal chick breast thing a few weeks ago…but I don’t know if your kids would like it. Season boneless chick breasts with salt, pepper, and sage…and a bit of Olive oil. then wrap each pc with a thin slice of prosciutto ham and bake in a 350 oven for about 20-30 min. sort of a version of saltimbucca ( I have no idea how to spell it) My kids liked it….but the boys are adventurous when it comes to food.
Got my treadmilling done today!

LOL… Renee! I see that you are coping with spring break too! It would be nice if we ALL could go on spring break, but unfortunately it becomes a major hassle when you work full time. DS has to go with me this week because he is on break and he is BORED out of his mind. I could send him to daycare, but I can’t justify the cost.
I refuse to buy my easter (holiday) candy until the day or two before. Same reason. I KNOw where it is, and I am very adept at finding it and eating it when the mood strikes!
PS… I can’t believe it is almost April either! Time flies!!!!!

I hope you don’t have any blizzards for your spring break.
It sounds like you self-corrected pretty quickly. Next time shoot for 150 cals.
Thanks for your comment this morning. you were right, it was only 2 hrs out of my life to help our future minister, so I lightened up and enjoyed it.

I bought these easter decorated chocolate from Richart? I think that’s what it’s called. I only got DD one box. She’s more of a stuff animal person anyway.
I get stuck on what to do with chicken too. That’s why I bought all these spices on line from Penzy. I want to try making chicken korma.
