Good morning all! It is just after 11 am here in NY and I am already starving for lunch, lol. But I didn’t eat my morning snack which explains it, was preoccupied. I wish I were this busy at work all the time.
Yesterday food was good and exercise was great! I did indulge in a handful of cheese doodles that I could have (should have!) definitely lived without. I was feeling snacky last night for some reason, but really actually hungry.
Ooooh I just remembered I brought in some cantaloupe! Yum! Going to grab that. Okay, I’m back.
So SBFF gets home today. I am excited to have her back (lol) but I am also worried. She is doing so well there, I don’t know what it will be like once she gets back in the “real world” and has to deal with everyday stressors again, etc. I know they are teaching her how to cope with things, shes got her new meds, and she will be seeing a new doctor. I am just worried.
Onto the food and exercise stuff …
B: Nutrigrain lowfat waffles, sliced strawberries, light syrup, coffee
S: 2 slices cantaloupe
L: LC Chicken Enchilada
S: Something from ‘work stash’ - I have an apple, banana, almonds, fiber 1 bars
D: Soup and Sammies night
Exercise: Something Firm DVD
I haven’t drank any water yet, just finished my coffee, so I will get to that now. I am excited tomorrow is Friday. Friday night I will be relaxing at home alone, Saturday going to visit SBFF, and Sunday food shopping, housework, and more relaxing. I am weird - housework when the kids aren’t around isn’t work to me at all, I enjoy it. I get to turn on the stereo and enjoy!
Oooooh and I got the new iPod. Made me realize how much I missed my last one! ![]()

Yeah for BF coming home! I think much of her disease is very manageable with meds…as long as she takes her meds…she should be fine.
I bought a cantaloupe this week too…cut it all up yesterday, and will probably have some with lunch.
Enjoy your new Ipod!!
ps…thanks for you comments today…LOL

11am and no water yet? Shame shame!! By 11am I usually have had close to 48 ounces. Get with it girlie. No way to run that body!
How ncie your friend is coming home. They rarely keep people as in patient’s for very long.. not anymore. She ia armed witgh good meds a good doctor and some new coping skills. She has a really good chance of controlling this, if she sticks with it!
