Have not posted in a while! Been verrrrry busy!
I was sick for a few days, so I stopped talking the Apidexin for a little bit…But in the past two weeks, I am down 12 pounds in total. Not too shabby. Havent been to the gym in days, slacking there…But I maintain a healthy diet, and I still feel amazing. Closer to that goal everyday!
Will post again after Valentines day! ![]()
Have a great week readers.
Hellllo lovelies! Welll today was a long day of work! Good thing about that is I am constantly running around. I am definately feeling the strain in my legs and stomach today from the working out this week. My body is like “What are these series of motions you are putting me through!?”. But, no pain no game.
I don’t do much crazy excercising. I’ll start with strething, and every other day I alternate excercises. For example: One day I will do all cardio ( skip rope, jogging, even running up and down my stairs at home). Next day sit ups, push ups, bit of yoga, and small weight lifting excercises with my 10-15lb weights. All in the comfort of my cozy basement.
For my meal plans: I keep a serving of protein in every meal, along with atleast 2 servings of veggies. I seem to almost completely cut out bread, though i love my chicken fajitas, I just use whole wheat wraps. Breakfast I’ll make scrambled eggs, and have a bananna. Lunch will be a salad, chicken, and yogurt. Supper is usually chicken with stir fry, or some whole wheat rice and chicken.
When I snack, i’ll snack on veggies & dip, wheat crackers, even popcorn(made from scratch, and fat free..still yummy).
What my problem was over the years was my idea of a snack was something fast and convienient. Like lots of sandwiches(hello bread overload), or Fast food. Why make your own food, when someone else can do it for you and you can usually even stay in your car? Yaaa….that’s gone now..
So, after weighing myself this morning, I was down another 2 pounds. This is crazzzzzzzzy
SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW.
I also thought of doing something that will give me even more motivation, So I purchased a pair of jeans that are 4 sizes smaller than my current ones. Every week I’ll see how much higher I can get them up my legs..haha
I without a doubt reccommend these Apidexin pills to ANYONE who is needing that boost of encouragement to get closer to their goals.
A little closer to my goal everyday.
Have a good day everyone!
Hello World!
So, my name is Kayla. I am 23 years old, and starting out on this journey, I weighed 235 pounds. I truely felt like just dropping to the ground, or crying. How did I let myself get to this?
I have never came out and talked about my weight before, so this is something that is going to help me, and maybe give someone else the motivation needed to gain self confidence, and do it for yourself.
This is my first time doing any sort of blog, and my reasons for doing so are to mostly record all my progess, and maybe to inspire someone else.

I have struggled with my weight since I was probably about 13. It was something I was teased with growing up, and I think the reason it’s taking me until now to really do something about it, is because I define procrastination. I always just said to myself “Its not THAT bad, start excercising next month…and next month….”
I don’t know what it took, but I just woke up last week and said “THIS IS IT, ITS TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT”.
I have started a very healthy diet, eating plenty of vegetables, fruits, and cutting out all the bread and milk products I was eating too much of before.
I purchased a product called APIDEXIN. It was something I was very skeptical on after viewing the website. I was skeptical because you see these types of advertisements all over the internet, claiming that you can lose up to 10 pounds a week, that always make you say “ya, right”.
With that in mind, I decided to try it. I placed an order and 2 days later my Apidexin arrived along with my free bottles of Detox-U-Free 72(bad body toxins cleaser).
This product cleanses your body of bad toxins and build up, reduces FAT, Boosts metabolism, all in the cunjunction of healthy eating and excercise. Although, more then 75% of the reviews from women say they don’t even excercie, and they are still dropping pounds!
Since I began this journey, I have lost 4 pounds, and it has been 3 days. The reviews from other people about this product are mind-blowing. It is not something I am taking for an extended period of time, it is jump starting my new lifestyle change, and I cannot wait to see the results that are coming.
I will update my blog everyday with the workouts I am doing, my food intakes, and the weight I lose. At the end of every week for 2 months, I will also post the inches I have lost. I will show all measurements at the beginning of this journey, compared to the end. Also, before and after pictures.
Thanks for reading.

So in closing : Day 3 and 4 pounds gone.
Kayla Out.
