It was a birthday party day, so from 1-5 wasn’t the best, but the rest of the day was fine.
8:45: Kashi heart to heart cereal, flaxseed, strawberries, nf milk, apple juice
11:15: raw almonds, raisins, water
1:00: appetizers (chips and dip, bread and spinach dip), lemonade, 1 slice of Costco cheese pizza, green salad, fruit salad, root beer
3:00: slice of cake, bite of rice crispy treat, piece of chocolate dipped in caramel
Then, of course, I didn’t feel great, since I haven’t been eating like this for quite a while, but I did get in the bounce house and jumped with the kids for a while…that’s actually a pretty good workout!
7:00: salad w/ veggies, turkey, cheddar, bal. vin.-felt better after getting something good in me!

12:30: hot dog with bun, ketchup, mustard, kiwi, 1/2 of a 1/2 of an English muffin pizza, water
workout: 20 min. stairstepper, 10 min. cardio abs, 10. min. arms, dips, bumps, leg exercises
3:30: w.w. Melba toast, Laughing Cow cheese, 2 apple slices, water
6:00: Zelda’s pizza (one and a half slices of a small size spinach and tomato), salad w/ red wine dressing, cherry coke
7:00: Yogurt a gogo (downtown, like Big Spoon), 8 oz. nonfat raspberry pomogranate tart w/ choc. chips and sprinkles

12:30: w.w. Eng. muffin (one and a half halves-does that make sense?) pizza, red sauce, lf cheddar, tri tip, olives, pineapple (all on the pizza), kiwi (not on the pizza!), water
3:30: 1/2 C w.w. pasta (leftovers), 4 oz. yogurt
6:00: turkey burger, swiss, salad w/ veggies, cherry limeade
10 min. abs
10 min. arms
8:45: 2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese, small piece of turkey jerky, dried edamames, water, 2 dark choc. sticks

6:00: cheddar bratwurst, 1/2 C cheese rice, roasted green beans, cherry limeade
10 min. abs
10 min. arms
1 hour of volleyball
11:00: I know, it is late, but I had the late game and was hungry when I got home…3 oz. chicken w/ sweet & sour sauce, 2 choc. sticks, water

I weighed myself this morning and I was the same as when I left, so I think that makes it a successful weekend away. You can’t expect to lose any, but at least I didn’t gain weight!

5:30: tri tip, quinoa w/ a sprinkle of parm. cheese, green beans w/ a slice of Amer. cheese, peach tea

I have been out of town all weekend and I intended to bring my laptop to blog and do some work, but forgot it! I am not going to try to remember everything I ate the last few days, but it wasn’t too bad for being away from home. I also took my weights with me and did arms and some abs on Saturday and a fair amount of walking while we were away. So all in all, not too, too bad. And I have been logging my food and exercise everyday for the past 14 weeks before now, so I deserved a weekend away from writing it all down! Back to it tomorrow!

Yea, volleyball finally started tonight! Played for an hour tonight in a humid gym against a team that was making us run, so got a good cardio workout in. We won 2 of the 3 games.
9:45: turkey jerky, baby carrots, the other choc. cake roll, water

12:45: w.w. pasta (1 1/2 C) w/ turkey, cheese, sour cream, nf milk, tomato and a kiwi and plum
3:30: 4 oz. yogurt, choc. chip granola bar (100 cal.)
workout: 20 min. stairstepper, 10 min. ab circle, Obama mama arms
6:00: homemade calzones: w.w. pizza crust, tomato sauce, cheddar, chicken, tomatoes, olives, pineapple, carrots (the carrots were not in the calzone, but eveything else was!)
9:00: vanilla Jello pudding (150 cal.)

11:00: 14 natural almonds, raisins, water
1:00: w.w. mini bagel, honey mustard, slice of turkey, lf cheddar, plum, kiwi, water
Went shopping…got a few new tops and tried on bras and discovered that size went down too, but in a good way. Only the number went down, not the letter!
3:30: 4oz. yogurt w/ Kashi go lean crunch cereal on top, turkey (1 oz.), water
5:30: Bourbon chicken (3 oz.) over rice (3/4 C), 1/2 C edamames, peach tea (0 cal.)
9:30: half slice of turkey , lf cheddar stick, carrots, 1 choc. cake roll (at least I only ate one of the two pack…check back tomorrow night for the other one!), water
