		<description>I like it for a different way to do abs that is a little more fun than the traditional sit ups and stuff. It is hard to know if it is that that is working or the other stuff I am doing, but it isn't hurting! And I saw them at Target after I ordered it, so that way you wouldn't have to pay shipping if you want to get it.</description>

		<description>I know exactly what you mean about the portion control thing. I slipped last night because I cooked for just me, and ate the whole dish myself. I really try never to stuff myself, because you're right, it really isn't that long until you eat again. 

The veggie challenge is on Stacy's blog from last week (Thursday I think). 5 servings of veggies a day!

Good job staying on track. I think I'm going to start tracking calories again to see how I"m doing. I've lost a little weight being sick, but nothing significant. I believe that I'm still losing a pound of week, which was my average last boot camp session.</description>

I would like you to journal just once a day. Instead of writing down everything that you’ve eaten I would like you to summarize the day. What did you do well, what could you have done better, how do you feel. Be sure to include any exercise you did, whats the point of doing it if you don’t get any recognition ;)</description>
