		<title>Moving Forward!</title>
		<description>Well my weigh in went really well today!  I've lost 1.6lbs and lots of inches!

	Chest - lost 1.5"
	Waist - lost 0.5"
	Stomach - lost 1"
	Hips - lost 0.75"
	Left Thigh - lost 0.5"

So that's like an all round inch loss of 4.25"!  I'm really, really pleased with that progress :D
