OK, so I’m maintaining my positive attitude today. I am still very motivated to really make a difference to my body.
I got my Wii and Wii Fit today! I really want to use it, so I’m going to phone my mum and say “Muuuuuuum, can I not just use it then give it to you to wrap?” Lol. She’ll probably say no but it’s worth a try!
It’s my friend’s birthday party today. I went shopping after uni to see if I could find a dress and/or shoes. I found a dress that looked nice on, but was nothing fantastic, and I couldn’t find shoes to match so I just left it. I figure that it’s probably better for me to save the money for something truly fabulous. It was a bit disheartening trying on clothes today. Not because things didn’t fit; I found a lot of things that fit. It’s just that the number of stretch marks on my thighs seem to have multiplied overnight! I got some when I first put on weight, but only a couple, now my thighs look like they’re wrinkly because of them all! But does that mean they take a while to show? I haven’t put on enough weight to merit that many surely? I’m lower than my heaviest weight now….
I’m thinking I should maybe start watching calorific intake? I am a bit lazy when it comes to these things, I don’t want to do it half heartedly. I think I would probably set a limit of 1500. I’ve been on things like Slimfast etc. where your calorific intake is reduced to 1000 calories, but I don’t think that’s realistic. Why? Because as soon as you eat normally (i.e. more than 1000) you’ll put weight on. Also, I don’t want to make myself starved but I want to start making a different. So that’s the limit I’ve decided on
Ok! Headway…
